I've been having really bad gas pain and back pain lately and the USG showed multiple gallstones with the largest one being 0.44cm in my gallbladder. Is there any medicine that can dissolve these stones instead of surgery and if so how long would it take to work

Multiple gallstones detected via ultrasound can definitely cause the type of gas and back pain you're experiencing. The pain is likely due to the gallstones blocking the bile ducts, which is a condition called biliary colic. It's important to consult with a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment, as gallstones can lead to more serious complications if left untreated.

View allI'm a bit concerned after an ultrasound during my wife's health checkup showed a small gallbladder polyp. The doctor mentioned it's around 15mm and said not to worry too much, but I'm still wondering about the implications. Can you suggest a good doctor in Bangalore to consult for a second opinion or further advice? Additionally, I'm curious about what role homeopathy treatment might play and if there are any reputable homeopathy doctors you recommend.
A small gallbladder polyp of 15mm size is generally considered to be low risk for malignancy. However, it is important to monitor it regularly as there is a small risk of it developing into a cancerous growth over time. In Bangalore, you can consult with a Gastroenterologist or a Hepatobiliary Surgeon for further advice on the management and monitoring of the gallbladder polyp. As for homeopathy treatment, there is limited scientific evidence to support its efficacy in treating gallbladder polyps. It is always recommended to follow evidence-based medical treatments for such conditions. If you still wish to explore homeopathy, you can consult with a qualified and experienced homeopath for personalized treatment options.

Can piles and fistula be treated without surgery and what are the best options for dealing with fatigue, memory loss, and unexplained weight loss
While surgery may be necessary in some cases, many individuals can achieve long-term relief from piles, fissures, and fistulas through non-surgical treatment options such as Ayurvedic medications, dietary modifications, and minimally invasive procedures.

I'm seeing blood in my mucus pretty often throughout the past month. I did a PT Prothrombin time test, and it was 15 seconds, which seems higher than the normal range of 14.4 seconds. But the INR is 1.17, which I think is okay. I'm wondering if the bleeding is linked to some liver issues or if having a PT of 15 seconds is still considered normal? Do you think I should go for a Liver Function Test (LFT) to check what's going on?
Yes LFT is advised to the patient.
