I've been having really bad menstrual cramps and backaches, and I feel so much body ache about a week before my period even starts. It's gotten to the point where I can hardly walk because of the pain, and for three days, I can't sleep or even eat properly. I end up taking Meftal Spas when it just gets too much to handle. Is there anything else I can do to manage or maybe even reduce this pain?

View allI'm 3 months pregnant and just found out I have an 8 cm posterior wall uterine fibroid. Is this dangerous? Do I need urgent surgery? I'm hoping to have another baby in the future, and my first delivery was a C-section. If I do need surgery, I'm worried about having multiple procedures like removing the fibroid first, then another for the baby, and maybe even a hysterectomy later. That would mean 4 surgeries in my lifetime. What should I do?
myomectomy is advised, gynaec opinion is advised.

I'm really trying to understand what's happening with my body. My period is now 5 days late, and I've taken a home pregnancy test twice, but both times it was negative. I've noticed some white vaginal discharge and it sometimes burns. I'm also feeling really tired all the time, have some lower back pain, and I'm just generally frustrated. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
Given your symptoms, consider taking a blood pregnancy test (beta hCG) for more accurate results, and consult your gynecologist to rule out other conditions, such as yeast infections (causing discharge and burning), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), or other hormonal imbalances, which may be contributing to your fatigue, back pain, and frustration, and also discuss fertility options and potential underlying causes for delayed conception.
