I've been having this really sharp pain on the left side of my abdomen since yesterday, and its honestly freaking me out a bit. My CT scan today showed something about bowel thickening and pericolic fat stranding in the descending colon on the left iliac fossa. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might cause this kind of issue usually and what the general treatment might be. Can anyone shed some light on this?

View allI've noticed that every now and then, after I eat, I get this feeling of suffocation where it's hard to breathe, even when I make sure to eat my food slowly. It's starting to worry me and I just can't figure out why it's happening. Could it be something serious, or maybe just how I'm eating? Any advice on what might be going on would be really helpful.
