I've been having a really tough time sleeping because my nostrils keep getting blocked, and I'm pretty sure it's because of my allergic rhinitis. I was on rupafin and medrol last March, but I haven't done any follow-up consultations since then. Could that be why my symptoms are persisting? What should I do next? Should I consider going back for another check-up or is there something else that might help in the meantime?

I've been dealing with chronic urticaria for nearly 3 years now, and despite seeing a bunch of dermatologists, I haven't found any relief. Does anyone have any suggestions for effective treatments I could try? I'm really feeling stuck and could use some advice.

I'm having this issue where every time I sleep, whether it's at night or even a nap during the day, I wake up with a runny nose for about an hour and end up sneezing occasionally. I've tried taking a lot of different medicines but nothing's really worked. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this?

Azeflo nasal spray 7ml to both the nostrils is advised to the patient for 5 days.Steam inhalation is also advised to the patient.
