I've been having a really tough time with what I think is ringworm around my anus. They've got those classic round ring-like patterns, and it's been going on for around 2 months now. I've been using Terbinaforce cream and Kencel IT 100 tablets, but they haven't done much to help. The itching is so intense, and sometimes I scratch so much that my skin actually gets cut. I'm really not sure what to do next and could use some guidance. What do you recommend?

View allI'm really concerned because I got diagnosed with typhoid back in January and thankfully I recovered in about 10 days. But ever since, I've been experiencing this really intense hair fall. It's starting to worry me a lot. Can you recommend any medication or treatments that could help reduce the hair fall and maybe also improve my overall hair health?

I'm dealing with a groin infection thats really been bothering me. Ive seen two different dermatologists so far. The first one thought it was ringworm and jock itch and gave me meds like Terbinafine and some others to take for a couple of months. It got better but came back as soon as I stopped the meds. Then, I went to another doctor, who said it was a fungal infection and switched up the medications for me. Its still not completely gone. On top of that, the treatment has darkened my skin around the area, which looks really bad since my natural skin tone is quite fair. I'm stuck and worried. What should I do to properly get rid of this infection and also handle the skin darkening?
