I've been having a really tough time with what I think is ringworm around my anus. They've got those classic round ring-like patterns, and it's been going on for around 2 months now. I've been using Terbinaforce cream and Kencel IT 100 tablets, but they haven't done much to help. The itching is so intense, and sometimes I scratch so much that my skin actually gets cut. I'm really not sure what to do next and could use some guidance. What do you recommend?

I was advised to start with applying it for 10 minutes, then move to 20 minutes, and eventually increase the duration gradually.
