I've been having this really weird feeling for the past few days where I feel like I'm being choked while I'm asleep. It's like a tightness in my throat that makes me feel like I can't breathe. It doesn't happen every single night but it does occur 2 to 3 times a week. I usually wake up when it happens and I've noticed it often when I'm sleeping on my stomach. What could be causing this?

View allI'm feeling a weird sensation like something's stuck or moving around my throat, from the back of my mouth to my Adam's apple. It's been bothering me for a few days. There's no pain, just this feeling like something's going up and down my throat. It seems to go down when I swallow but then comes back up. Any idea what might be causing this?
There is no such thing to happen that could be normal postnasal drip or so,as it is not bothering you you can neglect it if u feel irritaion or anything visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.

I've recently noticed a kind of white layer inside my ear, and I'm really worried about what it might be. Could it be a fungal infection? Would appreciate any advice you have on this.
Worrying symptoms. Consult a doctor to: 1. Run diagnostic tests (blood work, nerve conduction studies) 2. Discuss symptoms and medical history 3. Determine the underlying cause and develop a treatment plan
