I've been having this sharp needle-like pain in my chest on the left side, and my legs are aching too. I'm kind of worried. Could this mean I have a pulmonary embolism?

View allI'm a bit worried about my X-ray report. It mentions mildly prominent bronchovascular markings and a horizontal fissure. Is this something I should be concerned about? I recently had a cold with a cough and fever for a few days, but after taking antibiotics, the fever's gone. That's why I went for a chest X-ray. Could you help me understand what these findings mean?

I'm really concerned because I've been dealing with constant colds, coughs, and I've just been feeling so weak and tired all the time. Sometimes I have trouble breathing, and I've noticed that I get chest pain regularly. Traveling seems to make things worse as I often get sick after. Even a bit of physical work leaves me exhausted. A doctor mentioned that 20% of my lungs aren't working properly. I'm trying to figure out if there's any effective treatment for allergic asthma and if there's any way my lungs can fully recover. Could you provide some guidance or suggestions on what I might do? I'm really hoping to hear something reassuring.
yes there are medications for asthma , if he isa young his lung can become normal

I've had bronchial asthma for the past 15 years and use an inhaler regularly. I'm wondering if it's okay to take Montair 10 for the rest of my life. Are there any side effects if I keep taking it long-term? Could you give me some advice on this?
donot take it for lifetime, take whenever you have symptoms take for 1 week
