I've been having this sharp needle-like pain in my chest on the left side, and my legs are aching too. I'm kind of worried. Could this mean I have a pulmonary embolism?

I've had bronchial asthma for the past 15 years and use an inhaler regularly. I'm wondering if it's okay to take Montair 10 for the rest of my life. Are there any side effects if I keep taking it long-term? Could you give me some advice on this?
donot take it for lifetime, take whenever you have symptoms take for 1 week
