I've been having this sharp needle-like pain in my chest on the left side, and my legs are aching too. I'm kind of worried. Could this mean I have a pulmonary embolism?

View allI'm really worried about my lungs. I came across this description saying something like lungs being damaged and compared to a "chocolate out of freeze." Could you explain what that means? Also, how serious is it if the infection in the lungs is really high? I'm just trying to understand how bad the damage could be.

I've been dealing with this really annoying dry cough and it's driving me crazy. Can you tell me what medication might work well in a nebulizer for this? I'm looking for something to help ease the irritation.

My dad's been struggling with a cold and cough, and there's phlegm too. He's also lost his sense of taste and is feeling really weak. I'm getting worried. Is this something to be concerned about, and what should we do next?
fever like illness can sometimes cause loss of taste, its quite normal. Take medicines to reduce fever, cold cough, it will be normal within next week
