I've been having shortness of breath and recently got an Echo done, which said there was mild LVH. A couple of days ago, I noticed a little blood when I spit, and my doctor recommended I take Augmentin 625 and Montair LC for a week. I've been on them for two days now, but I noticed bright red blood when I spit again today, with no mucus color. I also have GERD and have had this issue for more than six years. Could the medication or the GERD be causing this, or should I be worried about something more serious?

I've been dealing with anxiety and it's causing my heart to have these nonstop palpitations. I've heard about Betacap TR 20 for cases like this. Do you think it's a good idea for me to take this medication? Just not sure if it's the right move for me. Any advice?

I'm really worried because a couple of months ago, I had some chest pain and when they did an ECG, it showed slight ST elevation in V3 and V4. The cardiologist I saw said it wasnt heart-related, but just to be sure, he had me do a TMT, and that turned out negative. Now, I had chest pain again and went to the hospital. They did another ECG that showed sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia and ST elevation, possibly early repolarization with normally inflected T wave, and called it a borderline ECG. Should I be concerned about something serious going on here?
