I've been having this sinus problem that's got me worried. After I eat things like chocolates, milk products, or ice cream, I start coughing and bringing up sputum. It's like I catch a cold with chest congestion, but I don't actually have breathing issues otherwise. It's just when I consume these cold items that the coughing kicks in. Why am I experiencing these symptoms now when it wasn't a problem before?

Could you help me understand what's causing this and maybe recommend a good mouthwash or something that might help with his breathing?
