I've been having some hair loss issues even after taking Adgain capsules about 6 months ago, which my doctor recommended. Is it okay if I start taking them again, or is there something else I should try first? I'm a bit worried and would appreciate any advice.

Adgain capsule is a combination of Biotin, Amino Acids, Minerals, and Vitamins, which is commonly used to promote hair growth and prevent hair loss. It is safe to take Adgain capsule again for hair loss. The usual dosage is 1 capsule daily after meals for at least 3-6 months for best results.

I'm noticing these rashes popping up anywhere on my body, mainly in the morning and evening. Theyre itchy, red, and kind of rashy like pithi dafad, and they tend to disappear after a while. Should I be worried about this, or is it something common?

It seems like you are experiencing a skin condition called Urticaria, also known as Hives. This condition presents as raised, itchy rashes that come and go. To help relieve the itching and redness, you can take Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) 10mg once daily. Additionally, applying a soothing lotion like Calamine lotion on the affected areas can also provide relief. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've been thinking about getting a skin lightening treatment and I'm not sure about the best option. I've heard about peeling and laser, and even something called skin lightening surgery, but I'm not really clear on what that involves. Could you give me some advice on what might be the most effective long-term treatment? I'm looking for something that could give lasting results.
