I've been having some real discomfort down there. I rubbed the area around my anus because it was irritated, and now its burning even more, and I'm noticing more skin getting affected. I tried soaking in warm water with potassium permanganate, but the burning persists. What can I do to make it better?

A long foreskin covering the penis, even during full erection, can be a concern.
Possible Conditions
- Phimosis: A condition where the foreskin is too tight or narrow, causing it to cover the glans (head) of the penis.
- Redundant foreskin: Excess foreskin tissue can cause it to cover the penis, even during erection.
Options to Consider
- Circumcision: A surgical procedure to remove excess foreskin.
- Foreskin stretching or preputioplasty: Non-surgical or minimally invasive procedures to loosen or remove excess foreskin.
- Topical creams or ointments: Applying creams or ointments to help loosen the foreskin.
Consult a
- Urologist: A specialist who can assess and advise on the best course of treatment.
- Andrologist: A specialist who deals with male reproductive health.

I've been dealing with a really intense hair fall issue recently, and it's freaking me out a bit. About two months ago, I had dengue fever, and just about a week ago, I started losing a lot of hair, like 70 to 80 strands a day. I'm not sure if it's related, but it's really concerning. Could this be connected to my dengue fever? What should I do about it?

I've been dealing with ringworm on the back of my neck for over six months now, and I'm really struggling to find relief. Ive tried using TezcortGM ointment, but every time I apply it, painful boils appear after a few days. It's really uncomfortable, but if I stop using the ointment, the ringworm spreads and gets itchy and exfoliates. I've also tried taking SAFI, but it hasn't been much help either. I've seen a doctor, but that didn't seem to work out. This condition only affects my back neck and nowhere else on my body. I'm really hoping for some advice on how to manage or cure this issue.
