I've been having some trouble after shaving because I used a bad razor, and now my skin has these little pimple-like spots. What can I do to get rid of them?

To alleviate razor bump-like spots (folliculitis or ingrown hairs), try these remedies:
Home Remedies

Apply warm compresses to reduce inflammation.
-
Exfoliate with gentle scrubs or alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs).
-
Use tea tree oil or aloe vera gel to soothe and calm skin.
-
Apply hydrocortisone cream (1%) for 3-5 days. Precautions
-
Avoid tight clothing.
-
Exfoliate carefully.
-
Shave in the direction of hair growth.
-
Use a clean razor and shaving cream.

I've been dealing with a case of Acute Paronychia and it seems like it's getting better. The swelling's gone down, and I managed to squeeze out a lot of pus and discharge from the abscess, which I think cleared it out. But I'm not entirely sure, 'cause some odd things are leaving me questioning. Like, I peeled off some dry skin around the swelling area and noticed there's still a bit of a bump. Should I be worried, or is this normal during recovery?
Probable diagnosis is fungal infection , candid cream for local application, once daily for 2 weeks is advised, also tab levocetrizine 10 mg at bedtime for 7 days is advised, if any allergic reactions dermat opinion is advised.

I'm really concerned about my hair situation lately. Over the past two months, I've been losing more hair than usual, and my scalp has started to show through. Also, I've noticed a couple of black spots on my scalp. I'm really hoping you can offer some advice on how I can deal with these spots and also prevent any further hair loss. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
You can try using minoxidil solution 5% applied to the scalp twice daily. Additionally, taking biotin supplements 10,000 mcg daily can help promote hair growth. For the black spots on your scalp, you can use ketoconazole shampoo twice a week to help with any fungal infections that may be causing the spots. If the black spots persist, it is important to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
