I've been having some trouble during intercourse because my penis gets smaller, and it doesn't get erect again afterward. It's happened a few times, and I'm starting to get really worried about it. Could there be something wrong that's making this happen? I'm not sure what to do or if theres a specific reason this might be happening. Any advice would be appreciated.

View allI'm really worried because I feel like my part isn't as strong as it used to be. It seems to be getting smaller and losing strength each day. My partner used to say she was satisfied, but now she doesn't feel the same way and she's been direct about it. It's making me feel really sad and I can't help but wonder if this is because of regular masturbation. Is there something I can do about this? Can I get back to how things were before?

Im a 25-year-old male, weighing 40 kg, and Ive been dealing with something that's been really bothering me. Every night, I find myself experiencing nightfall, with sperm leakage while I sleep. I also have a problem with urinary incontinence. After I use the bathroom, even when I think I've finished urinating, a few drops just come out without me noticing until it's too late. Im having a hard time controlling myself when I feel the sudden urge to urinate. Can you help me understand what might be going on?
