I've been having some trouble during intercourse because my penis gets smaller, and it doesn't get erect again afterward. It's happened a few times, and I'm starting to get really worried about it. Could there be something wrong that's making this happen? I'm not sure what to do or if theres a specific reason this might be happening. Any advice would be appreciated.

View allI'm a 38-year-old guy just diagnosed with kidney stones and the doctors say the stone is too big to pass on its own so they're recommending surgery with a stent Can you explain how the stent actually helps with stone removal and what kind of side effects I might expect from having it put in
Stent improves obstruction in the passage of urine and by passive dilatation of kidney tubes (ureter) passing to bladder ,may help in stone retrieval

I've had varicocele surgery and I'm worried about long-term effects could it cause erection problems or other issues down the line? What should I expect after recovery?
Varicocele surgery can improve sexual function and reduce the risk of infertility, but it doesn't guarantee perfect recovery. While some men experience improved erectile function after surgery, others may still struggle with erectile dysfunction, according to research cited by Cleveland Clinic. After surgery, you should expect a period of recovery, potentially including pain, swelling, and bruising, which typically resolves within a few weeks

I've been dealing with a UTI for the last ten days and have been taking medicines like Citralka syrup, Niftran, and Drotin M. However, my urine is still pale yellow, and my urinalysis showed 10-15 pus cells, with the culture coming back negative. How much longer will it take until I'm feeling better? I'm really getting tired of this.
