I've been having some trouble lately with my penis not getting fully hard or straight, even though my sexual desire is still there. Everything was fine just about three weeks ago. I also noticed that before this started, I wasn't able to hold sex for a long time. I'm getting a bit worried about what's going on. Could this be something serious or maybe just stress?

View allI'm a 34-year-old male with a 9mm kidney stone and my doctor recommended surgery but I have to travel abroad this month Is there any way to treat it without surgery I'm really worried about this
While a 9mm kidney stone might typically require surgery, there are some non-surgical options to consider, especially if travel is a concern. One possibility is shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), which uses sound waves to break down the stone into smaller pieces that can pass through the urinary tract. Another option is ureteroscopy, where a small camera is inserted through the urethra to locate and remove the stone, or to break it down with laser or other tools.

I'm a reverted Muslim and considering getting khatna done. Can you tell me how much the surgery usually costs and how many days I'd need to stay in the hospital?
The cost varies depending on the area and the hospital . In Chennai, it costs between 30000 to 40000 if done under general anaesthetic. You will need to take off work for about 1 week and may be two weeks. You will start to move about 6- 8 hours after surgery

I noticed a small pea-sized cyst on my scrotum and I'm not sure what to do about it. Should I see a urologist or a general surgeon to get it checked out? Is surgery the only option or are there other ways to treat it?
See a urologist first. If it’s an epidermoid cyst or sebaceous cyst, surgery is the cure. If inflamed, antibiotics may help first.
