I've been having this strange cold feeling in my lungs whenever I breathe in cool air, and it's been happening for a few weeks now. It's kind of worrying because my breathing also feels heavy. What could be causing this?

View allI first had a fever on the 10th of October, but now it's just a persistent cough. I tested positive for COVID-19 on the 23rd. The fever's gone but I'm stuck with this cough. I'm currently taking doxycycline, Montelukast, LC Mucinac 600, Pantoprazole, Zincovit, and Limcee. I'm feeling better today, but should I be worried about any complications from the virus? And any thoughts on how long this might last?
14 days time is required for complete recovery and to be free from infection.

So my dad caught covid pneumonia back in February and his CT score was 1925. He was in the ICU for a month and after he got better, his oxygen levels were around 96-97. But now, for the last couple of weeks, he's been dealing with a dry cough and a low-grade fever. We did a covid test and it came back negative, but a urine test showed a bacterial infection. He's on niftran 100mg for that. My concern is that his dry cough has turned into a chesty cough, and for about 45 days, his oxygen levels have been fluctuating between 88-93. With oxygen support, he can maintain 98. The doctor recommended pirfenex200 for fibrosis and I have an X-ray report attached. Is there any medication or treatment you can suggest for the chesty cough?
the tablet given by doctor is good. kindly follow the same medicine

I'm a bit concerned about my 58-year-old patient. We recently did a chest X-ray and the film was reviewed, but even though the Covid RTPCR test came back negative, I'm wondering what else might be causing the symptoms. Could there be something specific we should be looking for or considering?
