I've been having this strange cold feeling in my lungs whenever I breathe in cool air, and it's been happening for a few weeks now. It's kind of worrying because my breathing also feels heavy. What could be causing this?

About three years ago, I was treated for pulmonary effusion, and since then, I've had a slight pain when breathing. But now I've also got this calf muscle pain. Could these be connected? I've had bronchial asthma for the past 15 years and use an inhaler regularly. I'm wondering if it's okay to take Montair 10 for the rest of my life. Are there any side effects if I keep taking it long-term? Could you give me some advice on this?
donot take it for lifetime, take whenever you have symptoms take for 1 week

I recently got the results from my chest x-ray, and there's a note about increased right basal markings and something called pneumonitis, non-specific. Everything else seems clear. Can you help me understand what this means? Is there a chance I'm starting to develop pneumonitis?
