I've been having this strange cold feeling in my lungs whenever I breathe in cool air, and it's been happening for a few weeks now. It's kind of worrying because my breathing also feels heavy. What could be causing this?

View allI've got asthma and just bought a new tablet called Monticope Montelukast with levocetirizine dihydrochloride, but I've been using Levozing Lm Montelukast with levocetirizine hydrochloride for a while now. I'm a bit confused about the difference between dihydrochloride and hydrochloride. Does it make a difference, and is it safe to switch to this new tablet?

I'm really worried about my mom who's been diagnosed with pneumonia at St. Luke's E.R. The doctor gave her medication for just 15 days, but she's still struggling with a cough that keeps her up all night and it's affecting her sleep. We're really concerned because she's not allowed to leave the house, and we want to find out if theres a different medication or treatment that might help her. Who can we reach out to for more advice? Would appreciate any guidance!
