I've been having to take a deep breath every 10 seconds for the past week. It started after I got a viral fever, the fever's gone now but I'm still finding it really hard to breathe. What's going on? Should I be worried?

View allI'm really concerned about this issue I've been having. A couple of years ago, I was in a room with some agarbati burning, and after about an hour, I started having chest pain and an itchy nose, followed by shortness of breath. It took me a few days to recover from that, and ever since, I've noticed that I get the same symptoms if I'm around any smoke, like from agarbati or mosquito repellents. I saw a pulmonologist back then, and he gave me some meds that seemed to help over time, but he never said it was asthma. I'm wondering now if I've developed asthma or if these are just triggers since I feel fine otherwise. I'm a bit anxious because I'm about to take a flight soon, and I'm not sure how to handle it if something similar happens at such a high altitude. Could you give me any advice or insights on what I might be dealing with and how to prepare for the flight?

I'm really worried about my TB treatment. My first doctor prescribed AKT4, but I found out it might be less than what's needed for my weight, which is 67kg. So I talked to another pulmonologist who recommended I switch to DOTS and do the full 6-month course. I've already taken AKT4 for a month before switching. I'm just concerneddid the switch affect my treatment at all? Should I be tested for multi-drug resistant TB?

My dad's really struggling with his COPD. He can barely walk 20 meters without having trouble breathing. He's taking Trinose, Montelukast, Acebrophylline, and Finofixodine tablets, plus an inhaler, but it doesnt seem to be helping much. Is there anything else we can try or do for better relief? Its really worrying me.
