I've been having to take a deep breath every 10 seconds for the past week. It started after I got a viral fever, the fever's gone now but I'm still finding it really hard to breathe. What's going on? Should I be worried?

View allI've been smoking for the last couple of years but stopped after getting a bad cold recently. Since then, I've been coughing a lot, and I'm a bit worried because the mucus changed from yellow to white. Is that normal? I've also been gargling and doing some hot water breathing to help my throat. Should I be concerned about anything else?

I'm worried about my right cp lungs being blunted. I've had a cough for the last 30 days. Can you recommend a good medication for this?
A blunted right CP lung could indicate some underlying condition, like pleural effusion or lung inflammation. Given your persistent cough for 30 days, it's important to consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation. Medications like antibiotics or inhalers may be prescribed based on the diagnosis, but a proper assessment is needed to determine the right treatment.

I've been dealing with a dry cough for about four months now since having COVID. I've already had a chest X-ray and a CT scan, and both showed everything is normal. I'm a bit worried because the cough just won't go away. Could you recommend a good medicine or treatment to help with this?
