I've been having these concerning symptoms lately and I'm not sure what's going on. I was sleeping and suddenly woke up feeling dizzy, short of breath, and with some gas problems that caused a prickling pain in my chest. After that, I couldn't sleep and my body feels really weak, and the dizziness hasn't gone away. I looked it up on Google and came across GERD and acid reflux, which have similar symptoms. Could you help me figure out what this might be?

I found out I have gallstones around 0.88 mm in my gallbladder from a USG report but I don't have any pain they were discovered accidentally during a scan for something else. Do I really need surgery or can they be treated with medicine?

I'm really worried about some results I got back from an ultrasound. They mentioned my liver is enlarged to 18.6 cm, with a diffuse increase in echo texture. It mentioned fatty infiltration and hepatomegaly. Does this mean anything serious for my liver health? They also noted bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology.
