I've been having these concerning symptoms lately and I'm not sure what's going on. I was sleeping and suddenly woke up feeling dizzy, short of breath, and with some gas problems that caused a prickling pain in my chest. After that, I couldn't sleep and my body feels really weak, and the dizziness hasn't gone away. I looked it up on Google and came across GERD and acid reflux, which have similar symptoms.
