I've been having these mouth ulcers a lot, usually on the inside of my lip or on my gums. It's like a never-ending cycle, even though I'm drinking plenty of water and taking folic acid supplements. Could there be something more serious going on? I'm really hoping for some advice on what might be causing them to keep coming back.

I'm really worried about my hair. For the past three years, the temples on my scalp have been losing hair really fast, and even the front center part seems to be thinning out more every day. It's frustrating because, on top of that, my hair is also turning white and falling out. Ive tried using minoxidil 5% solution and even took amla ras, but nothing seems to be working. What should I do next to save my hair?

Minoxidil 5. for local application ,once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised, tab follihair once ,daily for 3-6 weeks is advised to the patient.

I'm really worried about my little nephewhe's just a year old and we've noticed a few small white spots on his hand. My brother has had vitiligo since he was a kid, but thankfully it's under control now. I'm concerned though; is it possible that vitiligo can be passed down from father to son? And if it is, how can we effectively treat it for the baby to keep it from becoming a big issue as he grows up?

In conclusion, while vitiligo can have a genetic link, its not certain that your nephew will develop it just because his father has it. Consulting a specialist will give you peace of mind and help ensure the right approach to treatment if needed.
