I've been having these red rashes all over my scrotum, and theyre really itchy. It's bothering me a lot because it's only on that area. Is there any cream or tablet you can suggest to help with this?

View allI'm dealing with androgenic alopecia and was told to take finpecia 1mg along with minoxidil. I was advised to use finpecia for just 3 months, but I'm not sure about what happens to my hair growth if I stop after that time. I'm really confused because I've come across different opinions online. Do I need to be on this medication for life? And isn't there a risk of becoming impotent if I use it continuously?
No need to worry you are using very minimal and therapeutic dose no such side effects would come trust your doctor and follow their advice

I've noticed I've got several black dark spots on my penis and scrotum. I'm not married and haven't been sexually active at all. The spots don't itch or bleed, but I'm a bit concerned. What could be causing them and should I be worried about this?
That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene, apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.
