I've been having these weird episodes where I suddenly start shivering, and my body temperature drops. But then, not long after, the shivering stops, and my temperature goes up really high. It's confusing and a bit worrying. What could be causing this, and how concerned should I be?

Does this mean I'm in the clear, or do I need to take another test on the 28th day, like my doctor suggested? He mentioned that if I'm negative on the 28th day, I can just move on, but I'm still unsure. Can you help clarify this for me?

I'm really worried about a friend of mine who is HIV positive. She was on this medicine called Teevir from Mylan, but after a few months, she just stopped taking it. I'm wondering if there might be a better doctor or medicine available for her. Is there anything new or different she should try?
