I've been having these weird episodes where I suddenly start shivering, and my body temperature drops. But then, not long after, the shivering stops, and my temperature goes up really high. It's confusing and a bit worrying. What could be causing this, and how concerned should I be?

View allI'm really worried about this breast lump that started during my pregnancy. It turned into sinuses, and the shape changed too. They did an ultrasound and found acute chronic mastitis, but even after antibiotics, nothing helped. Now they've told me it's breast TB, and I'm on medicine for that. Could this really be tuberculosis, or is there a chance it could be something else? I'm really looking for some clarity here, doc.
if you have any other symptoms like fever , evening rise of temperature and mainly the blood test would have confirmed if it was a tuberculosis

I'm really confused and worried because it's been two years and my HIV tests are still negative, but I'm experiencing symptoms like nail lines, oral thrush, itchy and painful lips and tongue, swollen lymph nodes in my neck, and a burning and numb sensation in my legs and hands. Could I be a late seroconverter even though my results are negative? What should I do when my symptoms don't match the test results?
You should test for HIV viral load, and CD4 count.
