I've been having trouble sleeping for about 4 months now. It began with daily nightmares and not feeling rested, but lately, it's just that I'm not getting enough good rest. I checked my oxygen with an oximeter, and it dropped to 73. I've got an appointment at the end of the month for a sleep study consultation, but I'm wondering if I should go to urgent care instead. My symptoms are getting worse, and I'm barely managing. What do you think I should do?

View allI've been dealing with a pretty bad indigestion issue. So, on June 1st, 2020, I just up and quit smoking. I was smoking about 45 cigarettes a day for the past 10 years, but I started cutting down in 2018 and finally stopped after two years. The first few months, I had headaches and an upset stomach, but recently I've had a bit of trouble breathing. When I do things like running or cardio workouts, I feel okay, but if I miss a day, I notice some shortness of breath and my throat feels tight. This has been going on for a month, and I've been feeling kinda weak, too. Is this normal, or could it be something else? I don't have any other symptoms.
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

I've been dealing with TB for about 4 months now and taking meds for it. My recent CT scan showed some fibrotic changes in my lungs, and I occasionally feel chest pain and some inflammation. Should I be worried about this or do you think it'll improve on its own? I'm also preparing for a civil services exam and they check lung function in the medical test, so I'm a bit anxious about it possibly affecting my results. What should I do?

My dad was diagnosed with TB a couple of weeks ago, and hes been on the medication for about 10 days now. But for the last two days, hes been coughing up a little blood mixed with sputum. What should we do about this?
Dont worry its due to activeness of the disease, will subside as you proceed with treatment, take cough suppressing syrups as of now.
