I've been keeping an eye on my blood pressure and it was pretty high last year, like 140 over 90, which led to an echo test. They found lvh at 13mm, and lately, my blood pressure has been settling around 128130 over 85. I'm not on any medication right now. Should I be considering starting on blood pressure meds given these details?

It is post angioplasty complications.. The complications will settle within 2-3 days, if persisting cardiologist opinion is advised to the patient..

I've been on Telvas 20 mg for my blood pressure for the past four days. I'm thinking about stopping it now. Is it okay to just discontinue it, or should I be careful about how I go about this?
No ,continue tab telvas 20 mg ..salt restricted diet and advised DASH diet..
