I've been losing a lot of hair recently and even noticed some bald spots. My doctor, Nimesh Shah, prescribed me MBSON SL 1500mg to take every morning for the past 15 days. I'm really hoping this will help with the hair fall. Can you tell if this will actually work for me?

View allI've been using Skin Shine cream for a while now, but I'm worried about stopping because every time I try, pimples start appearing on my face again. Can you suggest a good treatment or alternative to help with this? I'm really eager to find something that works without causing breakouts.

I'm noticing these small white spots on my skin and Im a bit worried. Are these possibly symptoms of idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis? Is it something that's curable, and what treatments are available out there? I've attached a picture for you to have a look. Do you think it's IGH?
Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis (IGH) symptoms include small, round, white or hypopigmented spots, typically 2-5mm in diameter, on sun-exposed areas like forearms, shins, and face; while it's not curable, treatments like topical corticosteroids, retinoids, cryosurgery, and laser therapy can help reduce appearance; consult a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and guidance, as a single image isn't sufficient for a definitive diagnosis.

I'm dealing with some dry skin and cracks on my scrotum, and there's a sticky fluid coming out. This has been happening for the past two days. I've also been having issues with a fungal infection that caused red rashes on my thighs, which I'm already getting treatment for. I'm kind of worried about why this new symptom has come up. Could it be related to the fungal infection treatment, or is it something entirely different? Any advice on what I should do next would be really helpful.
Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.
