I've been married for 7 years and have two kids a 5-year-old girl from a normal delivery and a 5-month-old boy via C-section. I have an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti, and my belly still looks like I'm 9 months pregnant. What should I do? Is surgery my only option?

A 7mm gallbladder stone may require surgical removal, especially if it's causing pain or complications. If you need surgery, it's essential to discuss with your doctor whether its safe to breastfeed post-surgery.

I'm really worried because I had surgery about a year ago for a pilonidal sinus, and now the wound just won't heal. It's been at least 90 days since it stopped showing any signs of improvement. Can you give me some advice or suggestions on what to do?
