I've been masturbating a couple of times a week, usually two or three times. I'm wondering if doing it this often could cause any problems. Is there something I should be worried about?

View allI'm wondering if using coconut oil under the foreskin is a good idea for keeping things clean, especially to prevent smegma. If coconut oil isn't recommended, what other options are there that I can try? Just trying to figure out the best way to maintain hygiene down there.
Using coconut oil under the foreskin can actually lead to a buildup of smegma and increase the risk of infections. A better substitute for keeping the area clean is to use a mild, unscented soap and warm water during daily hygiene routines. Additionally, applying a thin layer of over-the-counter antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream twice a day can help prevent smegma buildup and maintain proper hygiene.

I'm a bit worried about some results I got from an ultrasound. It mentioned something called hydronephrosis on the right side, but it says the corticomedullary differentiation is okay on both sides. It also notes that the cortical parenchymal thickness is normal. There's a small calculus, like 9 mm, in the lower part of my left kidney. I'm not really sure what all this means. Should I be concerned about the hydronephrosis or the stone? Could this lead to something serious?
That Hydronephrosis could be due to Renal calculus and 9mm stone is significant and needs surgery, visit Urologist for appropriate management and also consume more water

Does having a grade 1 or grade 2 varicocele impact sperm morphology and is there any way to treat it without surgery
Yes, varicoceles, even milder ones like Grade 1 or 2, can affect sperm morphology and overall sperm quality. While surgery is a common treatment, non-surgical options like embolization are available
