I've been noticing that I'm sweating a lot every time I step outside, and it's happening all day long, even when I'm just sitting under a fan or in an air-conditioned room. I'm starting to get worried about why I'm sweating so excessively. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?

Excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, can be bothersome. You can try using antiperspirants containing aluminum chloride hexahydrate, such as Certain Dri or SweatBlock. Apply it to dry skin at bedtime and wash it off in the morning. If over-the-counter antiperspirants do not help, you may consider prescription-strength options like Drysol, which contains aluminum chloride. Apply it to the affected areas at bedtime and wash off in the morning. Remember to follow the instructions provided with the product for best results.
