I've been noticing a lot of that white powder-like stuff on my hair lately, and my hair fall seems to be getting worse too. I can't help but wonder what these symptoms could mean. Could you give me some insight into what might be going on here?

I've been on isotretinoin for a few months, and I'm in my 5th month now. My doctor upped my dose to 20 mg twice daily 'cause it wasn't working much initially. But now, after about 45 days, my hair's gotten thinner, and when I was checking out some videos on isotretinoin's side effects, someone mentioned it could cause erectile dysfunction. Since hearing that, I've started experiencing it too, and it's been happening for the past 5 days. Its stressing me out and affecting my mood. I havent told my doctor about the erection issue, but my dose got cut back to just 20 mg a day. Besides that, I'm also dealing with a stomach ache, digestion issues, testicular discomfort, and dryness in my throat, eyes, and lips. Im super confused and anxious about continuing isotretinoin. Could it really be the cause? What should I do? Your guidance could really help me out.

I'm currently using Panderm plus or Panderm NM for a short-term period and would love to get your advice on any other effective creams that might be better. My skin is quite dark, and I'm hoping to lighten it to at least a dusky shade. Can you suggest anything that might help?

no it has no role in brightening the skin, donot use it without your doctors advise , it is used for any bacterial or fungal infection and dark complexion is equally healthy and beatiful like other skin tones ,no need to worry.

I'm really curious about whether drinking beetroot and carrot juice every morning can actually help brighten my skin. Is it true? Can this routine truly make a noticeable difference?

Drinking beetroot and carrot juice daily may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits for skin health, but the claim of "skin brightening" is exaggerated and not entirely accurate.
