I've been noticing for the past 4 years that my heart occasionally skips a beat or flutters, but it's been happening much more frequently lately. It gets me really anxious each time, even though I dont have any other symptoms apart from the anxiety. Can you guide me on what might be going on?

I've noticed that when I'm just walking at a normal pace, my pulse rate sometimes jumps to around 130. I'm not doing any brisk walking, just regular walking. Is this something I should be concerned about? My ECG came out normal, but I'm still a bit worried about this pulse range of 110-130 when I'm just walking. Any thoughts?

A pulse rate of 110-130 during normal walking can be considered normal for some individuals, especially if you are not used to regular physical activity. Since you have already undergone an ECG and it was normal, it is a good sign that your heart is functioning well. However, it is always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

I'm having these frequent chest pains, and it's really stressing me out and leading to panic attacks. I went ahead and got a CT coronary angiography done, and the report came back saying my arteries are normal. Can I relax now and assume there aren't any heart-related issues, or is there something else I should be considering?

Hi, since your CT coronary angiography shows normal arteries, it is generally safe to assume that there are no significant heart-related issues causing your chest pain. However, it is always important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and to discuss any other possible causes for your symptoms.
