I've been noticing some white spots forming on both my hands, and I'm wondering if it's because of all the washing lately due to the COVID-19 situation. Should I be concerned or is this something that will go away with time?

I'm taking FLUKA500 for a fungal infection I've had for the past 2 years and using MYCODERMC powder along with a citrazine tablet. I've been stuck with this for so long, and I'm not sure if these are the best treatments or if there's something else I should try. It's been quite frustrating. What do you think, is there a better approach to finally get rid of this?

I've noticed a little bit of bleeding from my belly button since yesterday. It's just a tiny drop, and I don't have a fever. My blood sugar levels are stable too. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something that might resolve on its own? I'd love to get some insight on what might be happening.
