I've been noticing these black dots on my chest and stomach for the past couple of months. They're not painful or itchy, but I'm curious and a bit worried about what they might be. I usually sleep without a shirt, so I'm wondering if that might be related. Could you help me understand what these might be and why they've appeared?

I've been dealing with boilsfunsifoda all over my body for what feels like forever, and it's just not getting better, even after years of treatment. I'm really worried about why it's not healing. What could be the reason for such a severe condition, and are there any other treatments or approaches you might suggest to finally get this under control?

I'm dealing with acne and scars on my back and it's really frustrating. My doctor recommended Acnesol, but a few months back I tried Persol Forte and it worked better than Acnesol. The problem is that the acne comes back after I stop using it. Right now, I've gone back to using Acnesol. What should I do to finally get rid of this acne for good?
Continue using Acnesol as prescribed by your doctor. Additionally, you can incorporate Persol Forte back into your skincare routine for better results. Apply Persol Forte once daily on the affected areas after washing your back thoroughly. Make sure to follow up with a non-comedogenic moisturizer to prevent dryness. In addition to these topical treatments, consider using a body wash containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to cleanse your back. This can help prevent new acne breakouts.
