I've been noticing these flashes of light in the corner of my eye for a while now, especially in my left eye. It's been happening on and off for several months. I'm not sure what's going on, and it has me a bit worried. What could be causing these eye flashes? Any advice or solutions you can suggest would be really appreciated.

View allI've been struggling with crossed eyes and I'm really worried about it. Are there any specific exercises or treatments that can help align my eyes properly? I'm looking for suggestions on what I can do at home.
Crossed eyes, or strabismus, can sometimes be corrected with eye exercises, but it's important to first consult with an eye specialist. Exercises like focusing on a near object and alternating focus between near and far objects may help, but treatment varies based on the cause. A doctor might also recommend corrective lenses or surgery in some cases.
