I've been noticing these small painful boils popping up on my head, and they keep coming and going in different spots. Occasionally, they even get pretty big. Do you have any idea what's causing this, and how I might be able to treat or prevent them? It's starting to really worry me.

View allI'm dealing with so much acne all over my face, and it's turning red and black like something's burned it. It's really irritating, and I'm getting these wrinkles and pores because of the acne. My eyes are also suffering; they're red, burning, and feel really irritated, especially behind them. A few months ago, I got something like ringworm and it turned into a huge mess. I've tried using clobetasol and powercort GM, but once I stop using them, the issues just come back. Sunlight makes it even worse, causing irritation and making my eyes tear up. My skin looks really aged with all the black and dark redness and the wrinkles. Can you please advise me on what I should do?

I'm curious about how long I should be using Finpecia 1mg tablets for maintaining my hair. Should I stop after a year, or is there a different recommendation? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to proceed with my hair care routine and don't want to make any mistakes.
