I've been on Novelon for the last four years, and before I started taking it, I rarely had period cramps. But now, after starting it, I began to experience them, and for the last 23 months, the pain's been so bad that I've had to take painkillers. Is this due to Novelon, or are these just normal period cramps?

Good evening doctor, I'm currently six months pregnant and today I noticed something a bit unusual. There are a few drops of something leaking from my breast, and it happened both in the morning and again in the evening. I'm just wondering if this is normal or if it's something I should be concerned about. Could you help me understand why this might be happening?
