I've been really struggling with acne on my face, and it's starting to get on my nerves. On top of that, I've got these scars that just won't go away, no matter what I do. I've been trying to manage the acne with Clinsol gel, but I'm not sure what else I can do. Could you guide me on how to deal with both the acne and these stubborn scars?

I accidentally pulled out a tiny broken piece from my toenail and now there's some light redness and swelling on the side of my right toenail. I've been soaking my feet in warm water as a warm compress, but Im wondering if its okay to use Soframycin as an ointment to help with this. Does that sound like a good idea, or should I be doing something else?

Candid ceam is advised for local application, for 2-3 weeks and rest continue same treatment.

I'm struggling with persistent irritation and itchiness in my groin area, especially after long drives in hot and humid conditions. Initially, keeping the area dry and using Candid Clotrimazole powder would help, but now it seems to have become a recurring issue. The skin's darker with some scaling, and the itchiness and burning sensation return if I skip a bath or don't use the powder every 12 hours. I'm wearing loose clothing and trying to keep the area as dry as possible, but I'm not seeing any permanent relief. What can I do to completely get rid of this problem?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I'm experiencing this really uncomfortable feeling in winter, almost like needles are poking out of my skin from the inside, and its really intense. It usually happens when I'm out in the sun or doing any physical activity. The only thing that slightly helps is taking off my clothes and coming into contact with something cold or scratching really hard all over. But now, even just being outside for a little while triggers this sensation, and it's getting harder to handle in front of others. It's really impacting my life and work. I've noticed red patches appear where I feel the needle-poking sensation, which is worrying me a lot. I've been bathing with cold water to try and lessen how often it happens, but I'm really looking for a better and more long-term solution. Could you help me understand what's going on and advise on what I might do?
