I've been really struggling with some major itching under my arms for the past month. It's so bad that I can't stop scratching. I've been trying abzorb powder to help, but it keeps coming back. What can I do to get some relief?

I'm using cipla 8x shampoo for hair fall because my doctor recommended it, but I actually have an oily scalp without dandruff. I wash my hair every day and Im wondering if its okay to use cipla 8x daily? I tend to use just a small amount each time.

I'm really struggling with hair fall, and my hair has gotten so thin because of it. Are there any shampoos or oils you could recommend that might help? I've noticed that the hair on my forehead is getting sparser on both sides. I've even tried treatments from doctors, but they only seem to work while I'm taking the tablets. For hair regrowth, they suggested Himalaya Hairzone Hairfall solution, but I haven't seen any results. What can I do to stop the hair fall and help my hair grow back thicker?
