I've been really worried about an encounter I had. I touched my bare penis against the outside of a vagina, and there might have been some precum involved, but I didn't go any further. Is there a chance this could lead to pregnancy?

View allI'm dealing with phimosis and really don't want to get surgery. Can you tell me if betamethasone cream is available at local pharmacies without a prescription? Also, which brand or type would be most effective? I'm really stressed about this and need some guidance to manage it.
Immediate treatment is needed to avoid serious complications like restricted blood flow to the penis. A doctor may be able to return the foreskin to its original position. Sometimes surgery to remove the foreskin (circumcision) may be recommended.Yes, phimosis can often be managed without surgery. Non-surgical treatments like topical steroid creams, gentle stretching exercises, and maintaining good penile hygiene can be effective, especially in children. For adults, similar treatments can be tried, and in some cases, balloon dilation might be an option

My penis curves to the left and I'm a bit worried is this normal or could it cause problems? I'm 20 and male, and I'd like to know if there are any natural ways to straighten it without surgery. What can I do?
A mild curve in the penis, especially if it's present since puberty, is usually normal and not a cause for concern if it doesn't cause pain or interfere with sex. However, if the curve is new, worsening, or causing problems, it could be Peyronie's disease and should be evaluated by a urologist. Gentle stretching exercises or vacuum devices may help in mild cases, but avoid aggressive methods.

How does stopping the vein work during surgery and how do we know blood will find another way to flow? Would love to hear your thoughts based on experience.
