I've been really worried because a few days ago, I had unprotected sex with a girl who was on her period, and now I'm experiencing some symptoms like needing to pee urgently, frequently going in small amounts, and it burns when I do. Does this mean I might have HIV? It was only vaginal sex and I did finish a bit inside. Could you tell me what the chances are of having contracted HIV?

View allI've had 7 mm stones in both kidneys for over 7 years and have been taking medicines but they're not dissolving. What else can I try to get rid of them without surgery? The medicines don't seem to be working anymore
For kidney stones that are not dissolving with medication, consider Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), a non-surgical procedure that uses sound waves to break up stones into smaller pieces that can pass in urine. Alternatively, Ureteroscopy (URS) or Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS) can be used to directly access and remove or fragment the stones

I have mild right varicocele but the pain is pretty bad should I consider surgery or is there a way to manage it without going under the knife
Mild varicocele can be managed with scrotal support, anti‚Äëinflammatories, and lifestyle changes;surgery is reserved for persistent pain or fertility issues.

I've had varicocele in my left testicle for a while but now I'm noticing similar swelling on the right side too - are there any effective homeopathy or ayurvedic treatments that can help without needing surgery?
For varicocele, homeopathic or Ayurvedic treatments may provide symptom relief but surgery is the most definitive treatment, especially if symptoms worsen or fertility is impacted.
