I've been recovering from COVID-19 for about 20 days now, and I've noticed some lingering symptoms like a low-grade fever for the past couple of days, body aches, and a stuffy nose. I'm concerned about these minor issues and I'm wondering what kind of medication or steps I should take to feel better. Any advice?

Late Menstrual Cycle and False Positive Pregnancy Test
Possible Causes
- Hormonal fluctuations: Changes in hormone levels can cause a false positive result.
- Late ovulation: Delayed ovulation can lead to a false positive pregnancy test.
- Menstrual cycle irregularities: Irregular periods can cause confusion and false positive results.
Suggestions
- Wait and retest: Wait for your period to start or until after a missed period, then retest.
- Use a sensitive test: Choose a sensitive pregnancy test that can detect lower levels of hCG.

My grandmother's been running a fever since this morning. It hit 102 earlier, dropped to 100 after we gave her an antibiotic, but then climbed back up to 102, and now it's at 101. She's also coughing heavily. Im not sure if this could be COVID since we haven't been traveling. Should we be worried and get it checked out, or maybe wait and see for a bit?

I'm feeling a bit concerned about a swollen lymph node under my chin. It's tender to touch and has been swollen for about 45 days. This isn't the first time it's happened its come up once or twice a year in the same spot but eventually goes away. Im just really tired of dealing with it. I had a head cold about three weeks ago but other than that, I'm a healthy 27-year-old and take pretty good care of myself. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
