I've been having some breathing issues for the past couple of years and it started when I was told I had a deviated septum. I even had surgery, but it didn't really help. The doctors back then suggested it might just be in my head. So I went to a chest specialist, and they mentioned it could be an allergy or mild allergic asthma. They put me on VilorF, but my breathing issues haven't gone away, especially when I'm sleeping. I can't lie on my right side or on my back, only on one side, which is tough. They also added Pantosec D to my routine, which I've been taking each morning on an empty stomach for 6 months now.

Thing is, I've come down with a fever and had a really bad cough for a couple of days, and though the fever's gone, I'm struggling again with breathing since last evening. There's a kind of tightness in my chest and it's been really tough. I took the salbutamol inhaler once this morning, but I'm not sure what I should do next. Could this be related to the asthma or something else? Any advice would be super helpful.

I first had a fever on the 10th of October, but now it's just a persistent cough. I tested positive for COVID-19 on the 23rd. The fever's gone but I'm stuck with this cough. I'm currently taking doxycycline, Montelukast, LC Mucinac 600, Pantoprazole, Zincovit, and Limcee. I'm feeling better today, but should I be worried about any complications from the virus? And any thoughts on how long this might last?

Could you help me understand my spirometry results? The report mentions predominant small airways obstruction, but I dont have any symptoms. I attached the report. What does this mean and should I be concerned?

I've been smoking for the past 4 years, but now I've started feeling really lazy and it's causing other issues too. I'm really looking to quit. Could you please give me some advice on how to stop smoking and maybe help with these problems?
