I've been sneezing nonstop and it's hard to breathe. I was taking Medrol 4mg, and now I have chest and back pain. I had an MRI done for my chest and lungs, and it showed there's an infection. What could be causing all this? Do I need to be worried about the infection spreading or getting worse? What should my next steps be?

View allI'm allergic to dust and use a Foracort 400 inhaler for my allergic asthma when I'm feeling breathless. I recently spent some time in a really dusty area and might have inhaled a lot of dust. Im feeling okay right now, but Im concerned. What should I be doing after being exposed to so much dust, even if Im not having any immediate problems?
Continue same medication.

My 62-year-old mom has been dealing with pleural fluid buildup in her left lung for about 8 months now. We've done all sorts of tests, like bronchoscopy, pleural biopsy, ANA blot test, and checked for CEA and CA125 levels, and thankfully, both tuberculosis and malignancy have been ruled out. But now, the doctor has suggested Thoracoscopy. Can you explain what that is? Is it safe, and what should we expect from this procedure? She's a bit worried, and so am I. Any advice on how we should prepare or any questions we should ask her doctor about this?
kindly proceed with thoracoscopy to find the cause and go for the treatment

I'm really worried because I've just started taking Forecox tablets to treat TB, and I also have diabetes. I began the medication on February 25, 2021. How long will it take to see improvement, and is there anything special I should be doing because of my diabetes? I'm trying to stay informed and get everything right.
A period of 6-12 months.
