I've been struggling with balanitis for the past couple of months. I tried using CandidB cream, but it only gives me temporary relief. Is there something else I should be doing or any long-term treatment options that could help?

I'm experiencing this pinching feeling in my scrotum, kind of like someone poking me with a pin, and it's super embarrassing when I'm trying to sit in public. Adjusting my testicles or penis doesnt seem to help at all, and I just can't resist the urge to itch down there. It comes on at random times and sometimes the pain is just too much to handle. When I look at my scrotum, it seems completely normal. What's going on?

I'm a 20-year-old female and I've been having this issue where I need to pee every 45 minutes or so, and I really can't control it. It even kind of burns when I go. I feel like I'm constantly heading to the restroom and it's messing up my ability to get anything done. I thought maybe if I stopped drinking so much water it would help, but it hasn't made a difference at all. What could be going on, and what should I do?

Your symptoms suggest a possible urinary tract infection (UTI) or overactive bladder; consult a gynecologist or urologist immediately for a proper diagnosis and treatment, and in the meantime, drink plenty of water to help flush out bacteria, avoid spicy or acidic foods, and consider keeping a bladder diary to track your symptoms and identify potential trigger

I'm noticing some brown coloring on a part of the head of my penis. It doesn't hurt or irritate me, but it's made me anxious recently. I've only been pulling back my foreskin for about a year now, and I'm avoiding touching the head of my penis directly. Should I be concerned about this change in color?

The brown coloration on the area of your penis head could be due to a variety of reasons, including pigmentation changes, fungal infection, or even a benign mole. Since it has been present for a year and is not causing any symptoms, it is less likely to be a concerning issue. However, it is important to have it evaluated by a healthcare professional to rule out any serious conditions.
