I've been struggling with bile reflux and the symptoms are really bothering me. Are there any surgical options like bile diversion surgery that could help? I'm not sure what to do about this and would appreciate some guidance on managing it

Bile reflux may benefit from bile diversion or Roux-en-Y surgery in severe cases; most patients improve with medication and lifestyle changes.

View allI'm feeling a bit worried because last night, out of nowhere, I felt this weird vibration on the right side of my abdomen and it lasted for around 10 minutes. I also have this tingling sensation below my right rib cage, but it's not near the liver area. An ultrasound came back normal, so I'm confused about what's going on. I didn't feel any severe pain, but it was strange having my entire right side abs vibrating like something's moving inside. Could it have anything to do with the Zifi CV 200 and Zerodol sp I took for my sore throat before bed? Any insight would be appreciated.
since Ultrasonography is normal nothing much to worry. Have a gastritis tablet like pantop 30 min before food for 3 days

I've had a chronic fissure for the past 6 months and was on cefadroxil plus supportive treatment for 3 months prescribed by a surgeon, then switched to rifaximin 400mg with laxatives and local metrogy for another 3 months but I still have burning around the anal ring. The doctor says my anal canal isn't constricted and spasms have reduced so surgery isn't needed, but when I pass hard stools, my sentinel piles flare up and the burning lasts a long time. Why isn't this healing completely and what else can I try?
conservative therapy is advised to the patient.

What are the best medication options to dissolve a 78 mm gallstone without surgery and how long would I need to take them Also what foods or substances should I avoid during this treatment
Large gallstones like 78 mm don’t dissolve well; ursodiol can help in small stones—avoid fatty foods, alcohol, and fried items.
