I've been struggling with breathing issues for the past couple of months and my doctor mentioned it's due to allergies from things like apple, banana, milk, and even coconut. He prescribed me something called a histoglob injection, with a schedule of weekly injections, then a break, and then more weekly doses. I'm really concerned because this is all new to me, and I'm not sure about the dosage or possible side effects. Can you explain what I might experience with this injection?

It's been going on for a long time, and I end up sneezing up to 30 times in one go, which is exhausting. I rely on Cetrizine, Fexofenadine, or Bilastine, but every time I take these meds, I get really drowsy and have a dry mouth. I've been dealing with really high IGE levels, around 472, and the antihistamines I've tried only help a bit with my allergy symptoms, but they don't seem to get rid of them completely. I got an allergy test done and found out I'm allergic to dust mites, tomato, egg, fish, ginger, and a bunch of other things. I do my best to avoid these, but I've also got eczema on a few fingers, which started after using a rubber padded mouse too much. It's super stubborn and won't go away. Recently, I've noticed my eyes get really red and itchy, especially over the past couple of weeks, making it hard to see at night while driving. Do you think homeopathy might help with any of this?

I've been dealing with this slight mucus at the back of my throat for a few months, but I don't usually cough because of it. However, every time I go swimming, I end up sneezing a lot and my nose gets really runny. I'm wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if it's just a normal reaction.
