I've been struggling with dark circles for years, and I'm wondering how I can get rid of them. What kind of treatment would you recommend, and how much does it usually cost? I'm really worried about this skin rash I've had for 3 years. It always seems to flare up after I chew tobacco. The rash just doesn't go away easily, and I have to take half a Cetrizine pill to get some relief. I'm really concerned if this could be related to HIV. Can you help?
