I've been struggling with excessive salivation for the past 6 months and have tried medications like glycopyrrolate, fluoxetine, and pantoprazole but nothing seems to work. Are there any surgical options or injections that could help stop this problem? I'm really desperate for a solution to control this constant salivation issue.

View allI've been dealing with some pain on the left side of my forehead, right above my eyebrow, for about a month now. Sometimes I notice a little bit of blood in my snot too. On top of that, I often feel like I need to sneeze, but I just can't seem to. What could be going on? Should I be worried?
It sounds like you may be experiencing sinusitis. I recommend taking a combination of ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine to help with the pain and congestion. You can take Ibuprofen 400mg every 6-8 hours as needed for pain, and Pseudoephedrine 60mg every 4-6 hours as needed for congestion. Additionally, using a saline nasal spray can help with the blood in your snot and the urge to sneeze. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.

I've been dealing with a throat infection for like 45 days now, and I had shivering on that very first day. Ever since then, I've had a 102 fever constantly. I've tried medications like Combiflam and Ronemox 500. The fever's finally calming down, but my throat is still really bothering me, especially when I swallow anything. It's pretty painful. Any idea what's going on or what else I can do?

I've been diagnosed with sinus issues and my doctor recommended an endoscope surgery. Will this procedure completely fix my problem, and are there any common side effects like facial swelling or other complications I should know about?
