I've been struggling with Exfoliative Cheilitis on my lips for the last 5 years and I'm really looking for some help. What can I do to treat this from the inside and the outside? I'm desperate to find a way to get rid of this condition. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To treat it internally, you can try taking Vitamin B supplements to support lip health. Externally, you can apply a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Additionally, using a lip balm with sunscreen protection can help protect your lips from further damage. For internal treatment, you can take Vitamin B complex supplement daily. For external treatment, apply hydrocortisone cream on the affected area. Use a lip balm with sunscreen protection during the day to protect your lips.

View allI've been having some hair fall issues, so my doctor put me on these B12 supplements. But after about two weeks, I started getting really bad reactionslike rashes and acne on my hands and face. I stopped the supplements immediately, but it's been over a week, and my acne is still there and hasn't improved at all. Should I be doing something specific to help with this, or will it just clear up on its own eventually? I'm kind of worried and not sure what to do next.

Got diagnosed with chicken pox today and consulted two doctors, but they both only suggested taking dolo 650. I'm seeing reviews though where other doctors mention antivirals for treatment. Just feeling a bit anxious here. Should I be taking some other medication too?
take dolo

Is Vaseline good for face?
Vaseline is a Petroleum Jelly based moisturiser. As long as the person is not allergic to Vaseline they can apply it to the face but in very limited quantities to prevent blockage of pores and Acne.
