I've been struggling with itching all over my body for the past 3 years and nothing seems to help. I've tried avil, citrezine, and dexona injections, and even allerga, but no relief. I noticed that my lymphocyte count is pretty high at 55.8. What could be causing this?

Persistent whole-body itching for 3 years, despite trying various medications, suggests an underlying condition that needs further investigation; high lymphocyte count (55.8%) may indicate an allergic reaction, infection, or immune system disorder; consider consulting a dermatologist

I've recently had a bout with scabies, and the infection spread all over my stomach and back. The good news is the infection's cleared up, but now I'm left with these dark black spots everywhere. What can I do to make them go away?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been using Kojivit gel for the last six years and haven't noticed any side effects. Should I keep using it, or is it time to stop?

Kojivit gel is commonly used for skin lightening and to treat hyperpigmentation. Since you have been using it for a long time without any issues, you can continue using it as long as it is effective for you. Just make sure to follow the recommended dosage and application instructions provided by your healthcare provider or mentioned on the product packaging.

I've had my ears pierced for almost five years but just noticed a bump next to the piercing on my left ear two days ago. It's not too hard or soft, only hurts when pressed, and has shrunk from its original dome shape. I don't think it's a keloid since those grow inside the piercing could it be an abscess or a boil? I'm worried I might need surgery but hoping for a home remedy if possible.

ent opinion is advised.
