I've been struggling with low sperm motility (10-30) and bilateral varicocele grade 1 for five years, which is why we haven't been able to conceive. I've been taking Lineatormaxosal with coenzyme Q10 for two years, but my urologist now recommends varicocelectomy. I'm unsure which surgery would be better open varicocele ligation or laparoscopic. What are the pros and cons of each?

I have retractile testicles where they mostly stay in the scrotum, but my right one moves up into the groin during ejaculation and stays there for a bit. If I decide to get surgery to keep it fixed in place, what's the success rate like? I'm 29, does age affect the outcome?
normal nothing to worry ok.

I'm really struggling with a masturbation addiction. It seems like every time I have some free time, I end up doing it. Sometimes it's as much as three or four times a day, and it's really starting to affect me. I can't seem to gain any weight either. Could there be a connection, and what can I do to manage this habit better?
