I've been struggling with really bad acne on my face, shoulders, and back for nearly a decade now. A doctor recently told me to take Azithromycin 250 tablets and use BETNOVATEN with Betamethasone and Neomycin, but I haven't noticed any changes. Could you please suggest what I should do next or if there's anything else I should try?

it seems like acne vulgaris which is aggressive, and as azithromycin is not working on you have to switch to other group of drugs, no need to worry visit yuour dermatologist for alternate approach, consume balanced diet and more fruits for a better result, personal hygiene is important.

I've been told that I should try using xtradenser hair serum for my hair thinning and diffuse hair loss. I'm really wondering if it's actually a good option for me. Do you think it's worth giving it a shot? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
Xtradenser hair serum may help with diffuse hair loss and thinning, as it likely contains ingredients like saw palmetto, biotin, and keratin that promote hair growth and strengthen hair follicles; however, consult a dermatologist for personalized advice

I'm experiencing some itching, and then it swells up like a mosquito bite afterwards. Could you recommend any cream for this? My dad was told to use FZHH 150, IVECOP12, SIZON FORTE, HHMITE SOAP, and a couple of other creams by a doctor. Can you suggest something similar that might work for me?
I recommend you to use a cream containing Hydrocortisone and Calamine for the itching and swelling. You can apply it topically on the affected area 2-3 times a day.
