I've been struggling with really tight hamstrings and can barely move my back properly are there any good physiologists who can help? I'm considering hamstring lengthening surgery but don't know much about how it works or what recovery looks like afterward. What should I expect if I go through with it?

The operation is done through a small cut in the skin. Through this small opening, little cuts are made into the tight muscles so they can be stretched and made longer.

About 30 days ago I met with an accident and now have problems in my left knee. The MRI report shows intraligament hyperintense areas in the ACL, abnormal hyperintensity in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, MCL thickening with hyperintensity, bone marrow contusion in the medial femoral and tibial condyle, a radial tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, and a grade 1 MCL sprain. Can partial ACL damage heal without surgery or does it need reconstruction?

A partial ACL tear can sometimes heal without surgery, but it depends on the extent of the tear and your individual circumstances. Your MRI shows a few other injuries alongside the partial ACL tear, including a medial meniscus tear and an MCL sprain, which could influence the treatment decision. Consulting with an orthopedic specialist is crucial to determine the best course of action for your specific situation

To naturally improve knee health with osteoarthritis and delay or avoid surgery, focus on managing pain, improving mobility, and strengthening the muscles around your knees. This can be achieved through a combination of low-impact exercise, weight management, and potentially the use of supplements and pain relief methods.
