I've been struggling with really tight hamstrings and can barely move my back properly are there any good physiologists who can help? I'm considering hamstring lengthening surgery but don't know much about how it works or what recovery looks like afterward. What should I expect if I go through with it?

The operation is done through a small cut in the skin. Through this small opening, little cuts are made into the tight muscles so they can be stretched and made longer.

I'm from Hyderabad and my MRI showed tears in my left knee medial and lateral meniscus plus an ACL issue. The report mentions an oblique tear in the medial meniscus, a grade II horizontal tear in the lateral meniscus, and a full-thickness ACL tear with some retraction. I've seen two ortho doctors one recommended arthroscopy for ACL and meniscus repair, while the other said only the meniscus needs surgery since I work in IT and have a sedentary lifestyle. Can these meniscus tears heal on their own with physio, or is surgery the only option? What's the best treatment for my case?

Prompt treatment can help prevent the condition from worsening and may improve your chances of a full recovery.Stretching physical therapy is advise. Also RICE treatment is advied to the patient(REST,ICE,COMPRESSION and ELEVATION).Surgery advised is arthroscopy and meniscectomy is the gold standard technique to the patient.

My mom had an accident day before yesterday and broke her shoulder joint. Her creatinine is 1.5 and hemoglobin is 6.8, plus she has triple vessel disease that's borderline. She's already on medications is it safe to go ahead with shoulder surgery given her kidney function and heart condition?

Shoulder surgery in a patient with kidney issues and heart disease needs careful evaluation. Consult with both an orthopedic surgeon and a cardiologist to assess the risks before proceeding.
